I would like to nominate Caroline for this award for the friendship that has been started between her and Dr Ki. When I designed the character of Michael Ki I always envisioned someone who was sort of like Gregory House from the "House" TV show. If my vision has come to light then Caroline is he Lisa Cuddy to his Gregory House. In the series of posts between her and Michael surrounding O'hara this bond has begun to forge. As both a writer and a reader I look forward to seeing how this relationship will develop over time. Will it stay friends and colleagues or become more? Once more I feel that Ki needed a foil like Miller to become more of a complete character. So I would also like to thank Miller for making Ki more real to me. |

I am nominating Lt Commander Jones for this award due to her interaction with David Tan, his wife Lana, and especially his two Children, four year old Mia, and six year old Mackenzie ... Over several joint posts she has enthusiastically interacted with the Tan Family but in my humble opinion is forming a close and caring relationship with Mia and Mackenzie. Her suggestion to continue the relationship with the girls, and more so Mackenzie, guiding her as she grows, is I believe, Melody's heartfelt wish to form a long-lasting bond with the girls. Save'ena has gone out of her way to get to know the crew and log off duty with them. In particular the friendship developing with Melody. In reading their logs I really feel like I am watching two close friends hang out and worry about each other, very close to watching an episode of Star Trek on TV. (XO Citation) Has demonstrated a good knack for integrating with the rest of the crew. I regret that I haven't had the opportunity to meet with Sav but I will make a concerted effort in the future. (2O Citation) Frank is currently working on a very deep and long term friendship with Melody Jones with some very detailed and interesting developments. |
