Dr. Cale Llewellyn was in his office reading the days' reports and getting caught up with his new/old friend Melody Jones' life after he left the ship and even before the two even joined the ship. He was learning things he never knew before and it only tantalized his thirst for knowledge. He was thinking back to the goings on of the past few days. Starting with the happenings on board the shuttle where O'Hara was possessed by the being calling itself a Puppet Master. Who and what it was was still a matter of conjecture but Cale felt that it was still a danger.

When he reached the Sickbay report, he noticed that the two doctors were still in surgery with Lieutenant O'Hara. He had no medical background so he didn't quite understand the intricacies of the surgery itself only a rudimentary knowledge of what was going on. He felt for the young engineer and what she was going through. He hoped they didn't lost their Chief Engineer before he got a chance to meet and get to know her. Of course he felt that way with all the new officers that had recently come aboard.

All at once, the comm chirped. "Bridge to Commander Llewellyn," came a random voice and one he didn't know.

"Llewellyn here. Go ahead," replied Cale.

"Your presence is required on the bridge, sir," reported the officer.

"On my way," Cale said rising to leave his office. Once he found his way to the bridge, he asked what was going on that required his presence.

"Sir, we're receiving a hail from the research station," answered Chief Warrant Officer Dale Harding from the communications post, one which wasn't usually manned outside of Alpha shift.

"On screen."

"Commander, I am Dr. Evan Delaney, head of this station. We're having a problem with our power systems," the older man said.

"What do you need from us?"

"I could use an engineering or an operations team to help us stabilize the main power core," Dr. Delaney replied.

"Of course, I'll have one sent down straightaway, Dr. Delaney," he said before cutting the connection. "Llewellyn to Engineering. I'm sending an engineering team to the research station to assist with an issue they seem to be having with their power core."

"Aye, sir. I'll have a team ready to beam out in 5 minutes, Commander."

"Thank you." What could possibly be going on down there? He knew he would have to lead this away team in order to find out.

"Lieutenant Malencon, report to the bridge at once," he said into his combadge ordering the Officer of the Watch to relieve him.
