Greets All,

I just wanted to let you know about the XO spot. Kevin has stepped down as XO and I wish him all the best in his other endeavors. Now, that does leave the XO spot open. I am going to open it up to you guys first. There are a few guidelines for this:

- You need to be an experienced simmer, 6 months or more simming (all of you meet this ;))
- Be part of no more than 3 sims, including Merlin
- Be comfortable with regular communication about plots, simmer awards, etc.
- Be willing to help direct the plot
- Be willing to learn command or at least a new command style
- If a Marine, must be willing to take Nval rank (due to OF policy)

If you're interested in the spot please drop me a PM. I will leave it open for 2 weeks, after that (if we do not find anyone) I will open it up to the commmunity at large. When you pm, please include the following:

- what experiance do you have?
- how much time do you have to dedicate to the sim?
- what other sims/groups are you part of currently?
- what ideas do you bring to the sim?
- this' a theory question:

a simmer has an issue with the CO, they fee that they have been pulled aside without cause. How would you handle this situation? (this is one that does happen :))

- anything else you would like to add?


There will also be a little bit of an interview process :).
