The New Collective

Hey Guys,

I have opened up the new mission, the new collective. This will start Sunday to give a few days to wrap up arrival and shorleave posts :). The ceremonies log may take a little longer, but, lets try to get it done by next Friday :). I'll also be sending a list of awards after we finish that, can't ruin the surprises.
