Hey Guys,

I've added ICOS and a picture of the os avatar to the database:

I have also added her to the manifest as a general use NPC, just meaning anyone can use it. I filled out a basic discription, however, if y'all have some ideas to fill out her personality etc I'd love to get your input :). Also, if you can think of another name lemme know :)
