New Rank Images

Hey All,

I put together a set of new rank images - found some blanks on kurorpg and combined some of them and used a combo of pips I had done with the duty uniform and kuro pips to make the collars match OF's uniforms in the OF wiki. I made these the default to kind of set us a bit of an original look rather than just putting up duty uniform collars. Anyways, they are available to you guys in your control panel if you like and are the default shown before you log in. Let me know what you think :)
