Barstow has been the driving force behind the Merlin since the beginning. He has brought the crew together both in and out of character and encouraged and helped each member of the crew. He also listens and takes onboard ideas and suggestions to help keep the Merlin going from strength to strength. Andrew is also the glue that keeps us all together.
