NOTICE:

This missive is to inform the Chief Security Officer of special considerations for Recovery for CAG Officer Lt. Tillatix. This matter concerns Security as the USS Merlin is a flagship for this area and will encounter unusual situations and host esteemed visitors. These types of situations may warrant the CAG to be under watch, off limits, or confined to quarters until Medical clears her for interactions under such unusual situations.

The traumatic injuries to Lt. Tillatix are extensive. Due to patient/Doctor confidentiality, the full extent cannot told to you by me. However, if you approach your Medical Doctor and Counselor on board with a need to know, they will brief you on what can be allowed for the time approached.

However, due to the security concerns, I will give a brief synopsis of what is known so you may take appropriate actions as it concerns security of the ship so that Security can understand and plan accordingly. Only share that which is necessary with subordinates for situations encountered.

Synopsis:

Recovery Actions and Security Concerns:

1) Surgery -
a) Meshes inside of Tillatix were cadaver meshes for medical practice, all nylon laced for continuous reuse. However, a Toluene glue was used, making them unsuitable and they should have been destroyed. The meshes were tied off to cause maximum continuous pain and damage inside of patient. She was not expected to live past three months of them being put in. This was six years ago.
b) Reconstructive surgery was performed to return Tillatix to fully functional female. The psyche impacts for this matter I will leave in your capable hands.
c) Left Kidney and Ovary had to be replaced besides extensive scar tissue replaced within abdominal cavity. Recovering from this will take a while.
c) Transporter Transponder removed from within patients brain structure in her long term memory area. Again, I will leave to your discretion on where and why. Side affect: Pressing on brain is causing speech to defer to native Apollonia tongue. This should go away with time.

Patient on Light Duty for next three months while healing.

2) Counseling
a) Five psychic imprints were removed from Tillatix by Traumatic Psi Specialist Dasoda Azai.
b) Tillatix has native psi ability and was able to retain full memories of what happened to her.
c) Tillatix had to relive experience of what happened for Counselor Azai to remove imprints.

Tillatix is clear of any influence that might compromise a mission or clearance. Continuous counseling will be performed to help Tillatix live with herself and what happened to her.

3) Security Concerns - Key Event Concerns
a) Tillatix, as civilian, was captured by Aristocrat for Orion Sex Slave Ring at end of School year at age 17, was under deep training in dungeon for four months, was sold for life and pelt at twenty times going rate for Snuff event by Federation Councilman, was rescued right before death at hands of councilman. Special Envoy visitors may have impact upon Tillatix
b) Tillatix now knows initial rescue surgery by Starfleet was to kill her over time. As key individuals were of high commanding rank, this may have impact upon Tillatix
c) Toluene poisoning will take three months to fully be gotten rid of. This poisoning causes detrimental effects to reflexes, lymphatic system, and endocrine systems. Be cognizant of this in any training for/with Tillatix
d) PTSD Protocols are in place.

Please use discretion in informing team members of what to look for in dealing with Tillatix. However, any with daily contact or duties will need to know of what to look for. Of concern is what psychological and physical trauma was done during the four months in the dungeon. Counseling is not saying much other than as Tillatix was sold for pelt and life, physically nothing was done to her to leave a lasting mark on her pelt or take her virginity away from the final buyer. However, the final buyer had taken everything from her but her life and pelt when she was rescued right before death occurred by him.

There is a visiting Consulting Doctor by the name of Galeraz Zephyr. It seems he is the expert on Mephetian Physiology and Racial Psyche generalities. He will be here till the Merlin leaves. If you have questions about Mephetians in general, he is the one to see.

Scarlet finished reading the extensive report and promptly twisted the PADD apart into two pieces which then flew across the room to finish shattering against a wall.

"Damn..." He muttered, more in disbelief what Save'ena had gone through than upset over a broken PADD. He would need to draft up a set of guidelines in how to handle Save'ena, as well as arrange an update of the PTSD training course for all of security as well as himself.
