Catching his breathe from his previous call, Miles orders some hot tea and asks the computer to ***Connect me to Commander Jo'el'Tok, in London please***
The connection is much faster this time, and before Miles is seated a topless male Klingon is staring at him.
A female voice from behind the Klingon asks, "How long will this take the bath is almost done filling?"
Looking over his shoulder, Commander Jo'el'Tok, Martial Arts instructor, and head of the Comparative Science Division looks at his blood-brother. "What do you want spoonhead, I am busy!"
Nodding, Miles looks over his blood-brothers right shoulder to see a human female slipping out of her clothes. In Klingon Miles states, "Mother says hello. Are you going to get this one pregnant so she will stop pestering me about a grandchild?"
Jo'el'Tok explodes in laughter, "Good one. No little brother. I will leave that duty to you. Now when do you get here. There are things we must discuss. Father has reached out to me about something, I hope you will make more sense of his communique than I did. Also, I heard I may have a sister soon?"
Standing up, Miles pokes the comm screen, "You honorless dog, I told you to stop stalking me like a pa'tag. The fact that I have a mate and you don't is your own damn fault." The grin in Miles eyes betrays the humor of the conversation.
Laughing Jo'el'Tok nods, "Yes I know. Tell me when and where and I will be there for you. I presume you haven't presented her with anything yet, otherwise I'd be meeting her and Mother would be planning some kind of wedding gift."
His face turns serious as Miles stares at his blood-brother, "I am asking her on Earth. I need you there. Wear your kilt, and don't whine at me about the breeze. I will send you the location and time once I get it pinned down. Now, go play with your little friend, and don't break her you big oaf."
Heartily laughing, Jo'el begins removing his shirt, "Call me, or I'll hunt you down again and put a scar on the other side of that puny ribcage of yours!"
The line goes dead. Looking at his bottle of Kanar, Miles curses, lifts the bottle says, "To family and honor," and then drains it.
