An enemy within?

Mission:
The New Collective
Location: Deck 2 Commander Jones' quiartrers/ Deck 38
Timeline: Late night 2330 hrs

Melody was getting ready for bed. Dressed in regulation pajamas she had a quick look in on Sansa to make sure she was sleeping. Happy with that, she went into her own room and crawled under the covers.
"Computer! Lights out!"
The room went dark and Melody made herself comfortable, shutting her eyes.
Deck 38
Down in the bowels of the Merlin the lights in the auxiliary engineering monitoring room were out. It was usually unmanned at this late hour. The corridors on that deck were also empty at this time.
The door slid open and a lone person entered the room. Leaving the lights off, the person sat down at the main computer access terminal and began typing rapidly bringing up a great deal of information.
The person then spoke in a flat, emotionless voice "Computer, display all tactical information on this vessel."
The computer responded "Tactical information require Level 9 security clearance. Please enter access code."
The person resumed typing. The computer beeped.
"Access code accepted." The graphic started displaying tactical information. The person was not saving the information, nor copying it.... Simply reading it.
"Computer give me a full biographical listing of senior officers."
The readout changed again, now showing information on the captain, first officer, second officer, chief engineer.... The complete senior staff.
When they had finished they stood and went over to the far wall removing a cover, starting to alter the configuration of the isolinear chips.
"Computer, verify all record of these enquirers have been deleted from computer records."
"Confirmed."
The figure then replaced the panel and exited the room.
Sansa woke with a start. She called out "Mom!"........... silence.
She got out of her own bed and walked to her mothers room. Entering, she want over to the bed and gently turned down the cover to revel Melody laying motionless "Mom!" she repeated.
Melody's eyes flew open and she sat upright "Sansa! Are you OK? Whats wrong?"
"I had a bad dream. I called out but, you didn't answer."
Melody lifted the cover slightly and motioned for her to slim in next to her "I'm sorry Sweetie, I was fast asleep. Come on, I'll keep you safe."
Sansa crawled in next to her. "Thanks Mom" she added as she held on tightly to her.
"It's OK Sweetie, lets try and get some sleep" Melody let out a yawn. "I'm still tired." She added before shutting her eyes again.
