Well, this mission certainly has got off to a flying start.

At least now my confinement has ended and life can return to normal. At least as normal as you can get in this job.

Also i can be alone with Save'ena again which is just wonderful. This layover at Starbase should be a welcome rest and hopefully I'll get lots of free time to spend with her. Also looking forward to testing the new attack shuttles that should be arriving.

Nibbles is still going fine and i also think she is looking forward to seeing Sav again.

This Starbase has just recently been commissioned and the 'sawdust' is still settling so to speak. I'm afraid some of the engineering teams will have to miss out on some of their shore leave to help get the main computer up and running.

Speaking of computers, the Merlin's main computer is also getting an upgrade. A new AI interface as i understand. Why we have to be the test bed for this new AI I have no idea. I just hope it all goes well.
